KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has said that no country in the world can stop Malaysia from condemning Israeli aggression and supporting Palestinians, Turkish media reported on Tuesday.
Ibrahim said that some circles in Europe, the US along with Israel criticized Malaysia for taking a strict position against Israeli aggression on Palestinians.
Addressing a rally to express solidarity with Palestine at Axiata Arena Stadium the prime minister said he has a mandate of his people and does not accept threats.
He added Malaysians know what is freedom saying Malaysians have always been there for Palestinians and will continue this support without fear.

He said Malaysia condemns any kind of aggression adding that the nation talks about humanity, justice, human rights for the Muslims and other religions.
Ibrahim denounced what has been going on between Israel and Palestine and the latest developments.
He added that the Israeli aggression has reached the level of insanity.
The prime minister went on to say women and children are killed, hospitals and schools have been targeted. He asked where is the justice, humanity, and democratic rights that the West always talked about.

He said Palestinians being human beings deserve to be treated well.
Israel has launched a relentless bombardment on the Gaza Strip following a cross-border attack by the Palestinian Hamas group putting the territory’s 2.3 million residents under complete siege with blockade of food, fuel and medical supplies.
