BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan: The opening ceremony for the new presidential administration building, Yntymak-Manas Ordo, is set for August 30, as announced by Kanybek Tumanbaev, head of the Presidential Affairs Department.
Tumanbaev expressed gratitude to President Sadyr Japarov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov, head of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev, and the builders and public for their support.
Construction began in spring 2022 on the site of the demolished Issyk-Kul hotel and was initially scheduled for completion by August 31, 2023. Akylbek Japarov had raised concerns over worker shortages. Details about the construction costs, investors, and contractors remain undisclosed.
