NEPRA Launches ‘Asaan Approach’ App for Consumers

ISLAMABAD: The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) is set to launch a new mobile application named ‘NEPRA Asaan Approach’ on Wednesday, aimed at improving customer service for electricity consumers across Pakistan.

This app is designed to streamline the process of addressing various electricity-related issues, including power outages, fluctuations, electrical fires, line faults, and billing discrepancies.

According to a Press release issued by NEPRA, the app will offer a user-friendly interface that allows consumers to register complaints quickly and efficiently. Users will be able to track the real-time progress of their complaints, making the resolution process more transparent and accessible.

‘NEPRA Asaan Approach’ is part of NEPRA’s broader strategy to enhance multi-channel service delivery and improve the overall efficiency of complaint management. By leveraging modern technology, the app aims to provide a more responsive and effective service to electricity consumers throughout Pakistan.
