NATO Chief warns of Russian more attacks on Ukraine’s power grid saying Russia using winter as a weapon

NATO Chief has warned that Russia could attack again Ukraine’s power grid as Russian President Vladimir Putin aims to use winter as a weapon.

A few hours ago, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned of another bombing and urged the Ukrainians to prepare for a difficult week ahead because the priorities are still high.

According to the reports of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, Russia’s attack has “increased the real threat of weapons of mass destruction”.

Nord Stream AG, the operator of the Russian-led Nord Stream 1 gas pipeline, has extended the deadline for an unscheduled shutdown to April 1st next year.

Nord Stream One was shut down for repairs on August 31 but has yet to restart after an explosion later damaged it in September. Gas flows from the Nord Stream 1 pipeline to the OPAL and NEL connections in Germany are zero, according to data from the pipeline operator.
