ISLAMABAD: The National Women’s T20 Cricket Tournament will start from November 26, 2022 in Lahore.
As many as 13 matches will be played and winners will be pocketed one million rupees. The top players of every match will be paid Rs. 20,000 and the player of the tournament will get Rs. 50,000. The winners will receive Rs. 1 million, while the runner-up will get Rs. 0.5 million.
The T20 national tournament will be held in two phases. Three teams including Conquerors, Invincibles and Stars will take part from 26 November to 2 December. Conquerors consist of Under-19 girls, while the Invincibles and Stars girls will consist of emerging players, as each side will play four matches in the phase-1.
However, in the second round, the performers of the first phase will be provided with another opportunity to feature in one of the four sides fixtures that include Strikers, Blasters, Challengers and Dynamites. The 2nd round will be held from December 5 to 9.
The first round will be played on a double-league basis while the round II will be played on a single-league basis.
