ISLAMABAD: The Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad will host the National Seminar on Agriculture and Food Security today.
The event is set to witness the presence of esteemed guests, including Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir.
As the chief guest, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to deliver a keynote address at the seminar. Additionally, he will explore the modern agriculture and livestock exhibition during his visit, according to state media.
The seminar aims to shed light on various crucial aspects of the agricultural sector, such as corporate farming, public-private partnerships, the emerging livestock market, and investment opportunities in agriculture. Furthermore, the event will delve into topics like farm mechanization, seeds, fertilizers, micro-nutrients, and pesticides to enhance productivity.
