The legislation would pave the way to upgrade the Women’s Campus of Bannu University to a full-fledged Women’s Institute.

Meanwhile, Shahadat Awan, Minister of State for Law and Justice, also introduced the National Accountability Amendment Bill, 2023. It aimed to remove legal complications created by the cases’ transfer from the accountability courts to other courts, forums, and tribunals that do not fall within the domain of the NAB Ordinance.

Such complications were seen owing to recent amendments in the NAB Ordinance.
