RIYADH: The Arab Parliament lauded the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) efforts, under the leadership of King Salman, to successfully complete the current year’s Hajj season, felicitating Saudi Arabia on the successful arrangement and organization, Arab media reported on Friday.
Muslim Leaders Congratulate KSA’s King Salman on Hajj Success
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), speaker of the Arab Parliament Adel Al-Asoumi said KSA’s services provided best means of safety and comfort for Hajj pilgrims and it harnessed its abilities to facilitate the performance of Hajj rituals, and called for continued stability and security for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to continue arranging and organizing the annual Hajj for many years to come.
In a statement, the chief of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Brahim Taha also congratulated Saudi Arabia on the successful Hajj season and appreciated the hospitality and level of services provided to the Hajj pilgrims, which the Kingdom “initiates with full dedication” every year.
Similarly, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi lauded the great efforts of Saudi King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman toward serving the Hajj pilgrims and said that such efforts contributed to promoting an environment full of faith, tranquility, ease and safety.
In a statement, the GCC chief said that serving the Two Holy Mosques is a great honor and responsibility that Saudi Arabia has been performing since the time of the founder, King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman and his sons” until the era of King Salman.
President of the UAE Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed has also sent a message of congratulation to Saudi King Salman on the success of the Hajj season this year. Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah lauded the efforts of Saudi Arabia and congratulated King Salman on the success of organizing and arranging this year’s Hajj season.
The Emir called for more prosperity and progress for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and its people under the leadership of King Salman. Meanwhile, Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and PM Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah also extended a congratulation message to Saudi King Salman on the Hajj success.
