KARACHI: Loaded with the food of mushrooms and goodness of cheese, the Mushroom Cheese Omelette is a perfect recipe for breakfast. Ready in less than twenty minutes, it is a suitable option for many.

Eggs 5
Salted Butter 3 Tablespoon
Mushrooms 1 Tin
Spinach 1/2 Bunch (chopped)
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
Preparation
In a bowl, take five eggs. Add salt and blade together.
Melt butter in a pot and add chopped spinach. Cook until it become softer.
Chuck in the mushrooms and stir fry.
Add black pepper, salt, and red chili flakes to season the vegetables.
In another pot, heat one tablespoon butter and pour the whisked eggs.
Mix the eggs lightly and cook for two to three minutes.
Then, add cooked vegetables and grated cheese, and fold the omelette from both sides.
