ISLAMABAD: Foreign players of Multan Sultans were all praise for Pakistan’s traditional cuisine, especially the rich and flavorful dishes of Multan, calling them delicious and unforgettable. Their local teammates warmly introduced them to a variety of local specialties, sparking lighthearted conversations over the shared foods. Right-arm leg spinner Usama Mir introduced foreign teammate Chris Jordan to some of Pakistan’s most iconic sweets, including rasgulla, sohan halwa, and firni. Jordan found the rasgulla “very delicious,” likening its taste to coconut, but declared the traditional Sohan Halwa as his personal favorite.

“Nice and flavorful”

Similarly, fast bowler Mohammad Hasnain shared more local flavors with David Willey, offering him popular street snacks like Samosa and Dahi Bhalla. David Willey appreciated the experience, describing the dishes as “nice and flavorful.”
