Moeen Ali’s late fireworks propel Kings

The Kings innings received a crucial late boost from Moeen Ali, who remained unbeaten on a blistering 48 off just 29 deliveries. His knock, featuring four boundaries and three sixes, came at a strike rate of 165.51 and provided the impetus that lifted Karachi past the 180-run mark after a middle-order stumble.

Skipper David Warner got the innings off to a positive start, scoring 35 off 22 balls with four fours and a six before he was caught and bowled by Abrar Ahmed. However, his opening partner Muhammad Waseem departed for a golden duck on the third delivery of the innings, caught by Rilee Rossouw off Alzarri Joseph.

Salman Agha showcased aggressive intent with a quickfire 22 off just 10 deliveries, smashing four boundaries and a six, but his stay was cut short when he fell lbw to Ahmed Daniyal in the fourth over.
