According to Kashmir Media Service, the employees targeted are Junior Engineer from Public Works Department Bandipore, Manzoor Ahmad Itoo, Orderly in Social Welfare Department Handwara (Kupwara), Syed Saleem Andrabi, and Mohammad Aurif Sheikh, Teacher in Government Middle School of Mahore, Reasi.
The Modi regime removed these employees from their positions in accordance with Article 311 of the Indian Constitution. Article 311 of the constitution of India provides for the dismissal of a person working in civil capacities for the Union or a State. — APP
