As part of this partnership, Mobilink Bank aims to democratize access to healthcare for 500,000 customers by offering them exceptional free medical services through the oladoc app. Customers can access these benefits by registering their mobile numbers with the app.
Mobilink Bank, a member of the VEON group, which serves nearly 160 million customers across six diverse markets, is dedicated to enhancing customer well-being. This collaboration allows Mobilink Bank customers to connect with oladoc’s network of over 25,000 healthcare professionals across Pakistan.
The partnership includes free Outpatient Department (OPD) consultations, discounts on In-patient Department (IPD) costs, up to 10% off on medications, and up to 25% off on surgical procedures, including aesthetic, dental, and elective surgeries. Additionally, customers can access unlimited free video consultations and enjoy up to 20% off on in-clinic appointments.
The offer extends to free wellness and lifestyle consultations with nutritionists, psychologists, dieticians, and fitness trainers. For those without smartphones, oladoc will provide a complimentary value-added service (VAS) through a dedicated helpline for six months.
