LONDON: Meghan Markle has a special talent for producing fake tears, according to a royal biographer.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is a former actress and a member of the British royal family. She is the spouse of King Charles III’s younger son Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex.
The Duchess of Sussex is accused of sobbing uncontrollably during Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in London this year. Angela Levin mentions in a 2014 Soho House Toronto interview that the former actress can fake cry “so well.”
Ms Levin talked to TalkTV: “Meghan managed an artificial tear, or so I believe. “She said she’s only learned how to cry out of her left eye. “Count to four, she said to the person, and then she cried. Not every actress can make you cry. You despise this monarchy, you don’t want to come, you don’t want anything to do with it, and yet you’re hanging on to the titles and arguing nonstop for titles with your children, why?” Mr Levin continued.
Meghan was asked in her 2014 video, “Can you make yourself cry?” “Oh, I can do that so well!” said the Duchess. “Oh my God, it’s insane. “One tear, left eye, go!” they say to Meghan. “Give me three seconds,” the Duchess said before tearing up for the first time.
