LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Organizer and candidate from constituency NA 119, Maryam Nawaz, formally launched her election campaign in the constituency on Sunday.
Addressing a meeting of her campaign team in NA 119, Maryam Nawaz said that she would never leave the constituency.
She said that the progress of each person and family in the constituency was her responsibility, and the people of the constituency had always supported her. She would meet people in the constituency on 25 January.
Maryam Nawaz Vows to Serve People
Maryam Nawaz said that she does not consider herself a leader but wants to serve the people of the country.
PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif’s message of progress would be conveyed to every house, she said, adding that her party would win polls with a thumping majority.
She said that PML-N had devised a development plan for the next 5 years.
It is to be noted that PTI candidate Mehar Muhammad Waseem and his supporters will make a formal announcement of joining the PML-N on 25 January.
Mehar, along with his supporters, met Maryam Nawaz and announced support to her in NA-119.
