Martyred soldiers Laid to Rest with Military Honours: ISPR

RAWALPINDI:  Two soldiers of the Pakistan Army, who embraced martyrdom while thwarting Gwadar Port Authority Colony terrorist attack were laid to rest in their native towns with full military honours, the military’s media wing said on Friday.

According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the two brave soldiers; Sepoy Bahar Khan (age: 35 years, resident of District DG Khan) and Sepoy Imran Ali (age: 28 years, resident of District Khairpur) having fought gallantly, sacrificed their lives and embraced Shahadat.

The relatives of martyred soldiers, the soldiers of Pakistan Army and elders of the area attended the funerals, the ISPR said.

It added Pakistan Armed Forces are standing with the nation and expressed resolve to thwart attempts of terrorism and sabotaging peace and stability of Balochistan. The ISPR said, “The sacrifices of our brave sons to eliminate the menace terrorism further strengthen our resolve.”

It further said “War against terrorism will continue till the elimination of the menace of terrorism from the motherland.”
