ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister of Information Marriyum Aurangzeb has criticised the Supreme Court for allegedly supporting Imran Khan and warned that if Imran Khan received any relief the country would brun having more damages.
Adressing a news conference in the federal capital she claimed that “the apex court Court was supporting those who were on the roads and burning the country”.
The federal minister said that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) implemented the arrest of Imran Khan in a legal way, adding that after the arrest the PTI armed groups were deployed under a well-hetched conspiracy to attack precious and historic buildings of the country.
The minister accused the courts of showing inclination towards PTI and called the party (PTI) a ‘terrorists’ and ‘armed groups’, while recalling the incidentsof burning of Jinnah House and other buildings.
She called the courts for an exemplary accontibility and punishment of those who committed to break the law of the land. She also accused the PTI Chairman of theft while adding that Imran Khan must provide answer to the nation about Rs60 billion mega issue.

The federal information minister also criticised former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar for awarding Imran Khan the certification of Sadiq (truthful) and Amin (honest), adding that the ex-CJP was also responsible to the ongoing chaos and unrest in the country. She called for exemplary punishment for all those involved in the Al-Qadir Trust case, adding that if Imran Khan get relief from the Supreme Court it would be taken as the court granted Imran Khan a “license to kill’.
