ISLAMABAD: Mango Mousse is a delightful and refreshing summer dessert. Try making this easy and delicious Mango Mousse at home.
Ingredients
For Mango Puree:
- 2 cups mango chunks
For Egg Yolk Mixture:
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp sugar
For Mango Mousse:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Egg yolk mixture
- Mango puree
- Additional mango chunks (as needed)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Blend the mango chunks in a glass jar until smooth. Set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until well combined. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
- Add the egg yolk mixture and mango puree to the whipped cream, and beat until smooth and well-mixed.
- Spoon the mixture into mousse glasses, top with more whipped cream and mango chunks.
- Finish with a mint leaf on top.
