NASHVILLE: The makers of Cobra Kai, an American martial arts comedy-drama have said that the Netflix series is on its way to end.

During an interview with ComicBook, Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg discussed taking the show to its end that started years ago.

“Unlike every other season, we’re not building toward a bunch of storylines that are going to remain in flux and remain unresolved, and try to come up with the season’s cliffhanger and where do we want to turn up the heat,” Josh said.

He added there is a lot of that along the way in Season 6, obviously, because it is divided into three parts. He went on to say the most enjoyable thing was thinking about the endgame that we’ve had in our heads from the beginning.

Josh Heald said for the characters that they had in Episode 1, and then having acquired all of these other characters have become so important to this world along the way, making sure that their endgames all make sense.

He added that it was probably the most fun part of putting together the final season, making sure that the creators of the drama were delivering upon the promise of everything that they set up from the first five seasons.

Cobra Kai season six part one is set to be released on July 18 on Netflix.
