ISLAMABAD: Anticipate predominantly cold and arid conditions across most low-lying regions of the country, with northern parts expecting very cold temperatures and partial cloudiness in the next twelve hours.

Persistent dense fog and smog are likely in the plain areas of Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, and upper Sindh, while frost may occur in a few places in Kashmir and the Pothohar region during the morning hours.
