ISLAMABAD: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has finalised its preparations to welcome pilgrims in Madinah with an integrated system of services following Hajj.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), this initiative is designed to enrich pilgrims’ spiritual and educational experience from their arrival at the Prophet’s Mosque until their safe return home.
Focus on operational aspects
The authority has intensified its focus on various operational and field aspects of the Prophet’s Mosque, including carpet laying, water supply, perfumery services, and transportation services within the mosque’s courtyards via golf carts.
It also facilitates crowd movement, organises visits to the Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa, and ensures the readiness of air conditioning, lighting, and sound systems.
