LAHORE: A dolphin police official was shot dead by unknown armed men riding a motorcycle in the Defence area of Lahore.
The identity of the police official could not be ascertained till the filing of this report.
Capital City Police Officer Bilal Saddique Kamyana has ordered to immediately arrest the assailants, who escaped the scene after carrying out the arrest.
The incident follows last month’s police report of a massive spike of 200 percent in Lahore’s crime rate.
The data revealed that around 100 incidents of robbery, theft and snatching were being reported in the city on a daily basis.
