BISHKEK: President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov has inked a resolution on formation of the working groups of experts for improvement of local council polls regulations as part of the current administrative and territorial reform, local media reported on Friday.

The group includes ministries, representatives of the Central Election Commission, region administration, administrative agencies, Bishkek and Osh mayor’s offices, officials of the President’s Administration.
The working group will also develop recommendations on improvement of the local council polls regulations until April 1st and will submit them to the interdepartmental working group.
