RIYADH: Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah has visited the headquarters of Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition’s (IMCTC) in Riyadh, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA)reported on Wednesday.
He was received by Chief of General Staff General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili, Secretary General of Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition Major General Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi and representatives of member countries.

The minister and the accompanying delegation were briefed about the coalition’s most important actions, strategic initiatives and mechanisms in coordinating the efforts of member countries and unifying them to serve the Islamic world and the international community in eradicating terrorism.
They were also given briefing about the latest reports, statistics, monitoring and follow-up efforts on terrorist groups and organizations around the world.
The minister lauded the coalition’s methodology for combating terrorism and its strategic initiatives in cooperation with international centers and organizations. He added the IMCTC’s significant and increasing development only represents the firm will of member countries to eliminate terrorism.
