KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait: Kuwait will fund a new program to send senior medical students from Palestine to Gaza hospitals, as reported by KUNA on Saturday.

The initiative, backed by the International Islamic Charity Organization and the University College of Applied Sciences in Gaza (UCAS), aims to deploy 350 graduating students to assist with medical efforts in Gaza amid ongoing conflict.

UCAS Vice Chancellor Mohammad Mushtaha highlighted that the five-month program will provide students with critical hands-on experience while addressing urgent medical needs in the war-torn region.

Mushtaha expressed gratitude to Kuwait for its continued support of Palestinian initiatives.
