KSrelief Top Official Meets U.S. Envoy to Saudi Arabia

RIYADH: Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) and Advisor at the Royal Court Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah has met with U.S. Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Michael Ratney, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.

During the meeting in Riyadh they talked about issues pertaining to humanitarian and relief measures, as well as relief and humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, and aspects of cooperation in this regard.

The SPA in a report said that KSrelief distributed 750 food baskets to the neediest and displaced families in River Nile State of Sudan to benefit 4,500 individuals.

The assistance comes within the relief and humanitarian projects Saudi Arabia provides through KSrelief to many needy and affected nations and peoples worldwide.

The SPA in another report said the KSrelief have distributed 681 food baskets to the neediest families in Accra, Ghana, helping 4,086 individuals under the “Etaam” food basket project for the year 2024.

This initiative falls within the framework of the humanitarian and relief programs of Saudi Arabia, to ensure food security in many countries worldwide during the holy month of Ramadan.
