SHABWA: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has provided the Yemeni Ministry of Public Health and Population office in Shabwa province with a new consignment of blood purification solutions and supplies, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
This delivery contains solutions and blood thinners to carry out 1,570 dialysis sessions.
Assistant Deputy Governor of Shabwa Salem Al-Ahmadi thanked KSrelief for its support to the directorate in various sectors, including the health sector.

He stressed that the consignment of blood purification solutions and blood-thinning aids is vital for the uninterrupted functioning of dialysis centres in the districts of Ataq, Bayhan, and Azzan.
The initiative is part of the integrated health project system offered by Saudi Arabia to Yemen through the KSrelief. The objective of the initiative is to enhance the Yemeni health sector and improve its services.
