KSrelief Inks Cooperation Deal to Provide Primary Healthcare Services: SPA

RIYADH: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has inked a cooperation deal with a civil society organization to provide basic healthcare and water services to displaced people in Razekh district in Yemen’s Saada Governorate, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.

According to the SPA, KSrelief’s Assistant Supervisor General for Operations and Programs Engineer Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz inked the agreement at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The deal is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) intensive efforts, represented by KSrelief, to enhance the quality of healthcare services to patients and wounded people across Yemen.

Meanwhile, the KSrelief distributed around 2,539 food baskets in Al-Jawf Governorate, Yemen, benefiting 17,773 people, as part of the life-saving food aid distribution project for the affected people in Yemen in 2023, the SPA reported.

According to the SPA, this aid represents the current relief and humanitarian efforts led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) through KSrelief to ease the suffering of people in Yemen.
