ADEN: King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center’s (KSrelief) Masam Project has successfully dismantled 720 mines in various regions in the fourth week of October, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.
Under the project 29 anti-personnel mines, 21 anti-tank mines, and 670 unexploded ordnances were cleared. Since the project started a total of 467,431 mines have been cleared in Yemen.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia remains committed to removing all mines from Yemeni territory, as they cause loss of life and injuries to innocent people.
