YEMEN: As part of an emergency response effort to guarantee access to a secure and complete educational environment, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) handed over two rebuilt schools to the local authority command in Yemen’s Al-Dali Governorate.
The project, which is a component of the Kingdom’s grant to support Yemen’s humanitarian response plan, will expand 28 classrooms, renovate ten schools, including their wastewater systems, give educational assistance tools to the instructional staff in 20 schools, and provide psychological and educational support activities for 40 trainees.
Over 16,000 students in the governorates of Lahij, Abyan, Al-Dali, and Taizz are anticipated to benefit from the project. —SPA/APP
