BEIRUT: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has distributed shopping vouchers among Syrian and Palestinian refugees as well as the needy in Lebanon, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Monday.

The vouchers will enable beneficiaries to purchase winter clothing from approved stores in Lebanon.

The initiative helped 31,000 Syrian and Palestinian refugees, as well as the most vulnerable families in Lebanon.

The project is part of the winter clothing distribution project (KNF) for the year 2023. The initiative is conducted in cooperation with the Beyaz Eller Association.

The assistance is part of the projects launched by Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief. The aid project is aimed at ending the suffering of Syrian and Palestinian refugees, as well as Lebanese families, from the severe cold winter season.
