MARIB: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has distributed 8,140 cartons of dates to displaced people in the city district in Marib governorate, Yemen, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Friday.
The initiative benefited 48,840 individuals, as part of the project to distribute dates in the Republic of Yemen.
This project comes as part of the relief and humanitarian efforts provided by Saudi Arabia through KSrelief, to end the suffering of the Yemeni people as a result of their humanitarian crisis.
Meanwhile, the KSrelief continued with implementation of Al-Amal Charitable Bakery project in Akkar Governorate and Al-Minieh District in Lebanon.
Under the project 25,000 bags of bread distributed daily to needy families of Syrian and Palestinian refugees, and the host community living in northern Lebanon.
This project through the KSrelief, is aimed to help refugees in various location.
While the KSrelief also distributed 1500 food baskets in Pakistan’s Balochistan province benefiting 10,500 needy individuals in flood-affected areas.
This project would help to end the suffering of the needy in the areas affected by the floods.
