HAJJAH: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has continued with its water supply and environmental sanitation project in Yemen, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Wednesday.
Between June 19 and 25, 2024, in Hajjah Governorate, 1,033,550 liters of drinking water and 10,849,000 liters of non-drinking water were supplied. Additionally, 38 trips were made to remove waste from the camps of the displaced persons.
In Saada Governorate, 70,000 liters of drinking water and 70,000 liters of non-drinking water were pumped, which benefited 30,100 individuals.
Meanwhile, KSrelief distributed food packages to 413 vulnerable families in the Al-Mansoura district of Yemen’s Aden governorate.

The program is part of relief efforts made by Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to end the suffering of the Yemeni people amid their humanitarian crisis.
In Sudan, the KSrelief distributed 1,200 food baskets to displaced and the neediest families benefiting 6,900 individuals. The initiative is part of humanitarian projects implemented by Saudi Arabia to assist the Sudanese people during the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
