KSrelief Clears 1,139 Explosives in Yemen

ADEN: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Masam Project has successfully cleared 1,139 explosives across Yemen during the third week of August, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Tuesday.

Under the project 1,057 unexploded ordnance items, 56 anti-tank mines, 13 anti-personnel mines, and 13 explosive devices were dismantled.

Since the launching of the Masam Project, a total of 455,827 explosives have been removed. These explosives were indiscriminately planted across different areas in Yemen with the aim of causing harm to innocent civilians, including children, women, and the elderly.
