SAO PAOLO: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef met with Dimas Douglas Tomelin, vice president of strategy and innovation at Brazilian aerospace firm Embraer, recently in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the two sides explored opportunities to enhance cooperation between the two countries. The SPA added that they also discussed leveraging Embraer’s expertise in aircraft manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance to enhance the Saudi aerospace industry.
Alkhorayef toured Embraer’s facilities, namely Gaviao Peixoto, Ozires Silva and Eugenio de Melo, which manufacture military, commercial, and electric aircraft.
