RIYADH: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Waleed Al-Khuraiji on has received the EU Special envoy for the Gulf Luigi Di Maio in Riyadh, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.

KSA-EU ties
The two sides discussed bilateral cooperation between the EU and KSA. They also exchanged views over matters of mutual interest in the Gulf region. The meeting between the two top officials was also attended by the EU envoy to KSA Patrick Simonnet.
During the meeting, bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom and the European Union was reviewed, and developments in the Gulf region of common interest were discussed.
