BEIJING: The Attorney General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujeb, met with the Chairman of the Central Committee for Political and Legal Affairs of China, Chen Wenqing, in Beijing, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
According to the SPA, the meeting discussed means to enhance legal cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and China. It focused on exchanging experiences and information in multiple sectors of common interest, contributing to the development of legal systems and the modernization of judicial procedures in both nations, the SPA reported.
The Chinese senior official briefed the KSA Attorney General and his high-level accompanying delegation on the structure and work of his organization, reviewing the best professional practices followed in China. He lauded the legislative and legal developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the unlimited support provided by Saudi leadership to develop the justice system, protect rights, and achieve procedural efficiency using modern technologies.
