RIYADH: In continuation of the gracious care of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), for Palestinians, and out of their commitment to providing all forms of help and support to the State of Palestine, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) announces the provision of monthly financial support to the Palestinian brothers, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
According to the SPA, this support aims to address the humanitarian situation in Gaza and its surrounding areas, easing the suffering caused by the Israeli occupation and its blatant violations of global laws, including global humanitarian law.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has reaffirmed the significant efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in communicating with the world to cease hostilities, protect civilians, and deliver increased humanitarian aid to Palestinians. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) emphasizes its leadership’s commitment to finding a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue, ensuring that Palestinians can obtain all their legitimate rights and establish an independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital, the SPA added.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) underscores its unwavering resolve to the Palestinian cause, which remains a central and top priority, the SPA reported. Since the start of the crisis, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has exerted every effort to alleviate the humanitarian situation in Gaza. By leading the ministerial committee appointed by the extraordinary joint Arab-Islamic summit, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) successfully rallied unified Arab and Islamic support for the Palestinian cause, the SPA maintained.
This effort resulted in several friendly nations recognizing the State of Palestine, advocating for its full membership in the UN, and calling for an end to Israeli aggression and the lifting of the blockade on the Gaza Strip.
