KP Chief Minister Expresses Satisfaction Over Measures for Pakistani Students in Bishkek

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Ali Amin Gandapur has sent a message to the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan in Pakistan and expressed satisfaction over the timely measures taken by the Kyrgyz government to ensure the safety and security of Pakistani students in Bishkek.

The chief minister stated that the timely and effective measures taken by the Kyrgyz government to protect Pakistani students are commendable. He said that the Kyrgyz government’s timely actions proved helpful in saving the students from further harm and comforting their parents.

“In this challenging time, the leadership role of the Kyrgyz government has been very helpful in normalizing the situation and giving the students a sense of security,” the chief minister said.

Ali Amin Gandapur said that the Pakistani nation is grateful to the Kyrgyz government for ensuring the safety of Pakistani students. The safe return of these students to their homes is very important, Gandapur added.

The chief minister said that for the safe return of Pakistani students, he had held a telephonic conversation with the Pakistani ambassador in Kyrgyzstan. “The KP Government will provide all necessary support and facilities for this purpose,” the KP CM said.

“The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is ready to bear all the expenses for the safe return of these students,” the CM further added.

“The safe repatriation of these students is a shared responsibility that requires your continued and focused efforts,” Ali Amin Gandapur told the Kyrgyzstan Ambassador.

“I am sure that with your cooperation and efforts, the timely and safe return of these students will be possible,” CM KP said.
