PESHAWAR: The Medical and Dental Colleges Admissions Test (MDCAT) will be held in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on November 13.
The MDCAT 2022 for admissions to medical and dental colleges of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa will be held in various centres across the province.
Decision of the Provincial Admission Committee
The decision was taken at a meeting of the Provincial Admission Committee under the chair of Provincial Health Minister Taimur Saleem Jhagra. The meeting was also attended by Khyber Medical University (KMU) Vice-Chancellor Dr Zia ul Haq, the K-P secretary health and other relevant officials, according to a statement issued on Monday.
The meeting reiterated that the test will be conducted according to the syllabus and guidelines of the Pakistan Medical Commission.
It said that the duration of the test will be three hours, starting at 11 am and ending at 2 pm.
It was decided in the meeting that the “Educational Testing and Evolution Agency (ETEA) will prepare the question paper for MDCAT 2022 according to the PMC syllabus.
The Khyber Medical University will be responsible for arrangements for the MDCAT. A carbon copy of the test will be provided to each student at the end of the test and results will be uploaded on the websites of the PMC, the ETEA and the KMU at 9 pm on the same day.
