ISLAMABAD: Kiwi IT introduced Philips Home Access solutions at Big 5 Construct Saudi Arabia 2026, one of the region’s largest construction trade shows, held in Riyadh.

The company has displayed electronic smart locks designed for homes, offices, and commercial buildings, enabling entry via keypads, cards, or fingerprints rather than physical keys.

At the event, Kiwi signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al Ghomlas Trading Company, a Saudi supplier of building materials and door systems. The agreement will help expand the reach of Philips smart locks and access solutions across the Kingdom.

Kiwi aims to expand its presence in Saudi Arabia by partnering locally and promoting smart access technologies that can withstand high temperatures and dusty conditions, featuring fingerprint recognition and temporary access codes.
