Islamabad: As part of the project regarding food security support for the year 2022-2023 in the flood-hit areas, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has finished the process of distributing food packages among 15,000 flood-hit households in the 3rd phase.
A single food package includes all necessary food items. Every pack is of 95kg, and includes 80kg of fine flour, 5 kg of sugar, 5 kg of channa daal, and 5 liters of cooking oil.

Food packages distributed in Sindh, Punjab provinces
These food packages were distributed in a transparent way with the aid of NDMA and provincial governments in district Jamshoro, Shanghar, Dadu, and Khairpur in Sindh Province; and in the districts of Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpurin Punjab Province, which will benefit over 105,000 people in the fore-mentioned districts.
This project comes under the umbrella of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian projects, and is represented by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center to aid needy families and achieve food security for the neediest groups in Pakistan.
