Kaspersky’s Transparency Center Inaugurated in Riyadh

RIYADH: Saudi Vice Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Haitham Al-Ohali has inaugurated “Kaspersky Transparency Center”, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.

The development is an important part of Kaspersky’s Global Transparency Initiative, a leading program aimed to build trust and guaranteeing the integrity of the company’s solutions and processes.

Kaspersky selected Riyadh as the headquarters for its first Transparency Center in the entire Middle East region to closely align with the goals of “Saudi Vision 2030”.

The vision intends to promote the Kingdom’s position as a hub for technology and innovation, and has converted the country into a destination to attract international companies.

The Transparency Center in Riyadh would enable visitors to review the source code of all of Kaspersky on-premise solutions.
