WASHINGTON: Kashmiri-Americans and their supporters will hold a protest demonstration later this week to mark New Delhi’s annexation of the state of Jammu and Kashmir in a bid to alter its globally-recognized disputed status and undermine Kashmiris’ right to self-determination, it was announced Monday.
Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai, Secretary-General said that the abrogation of article 370 and 35 A of India’s Constitution was an act of ultimate aggression and attack on the rights of the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
