MIRPUR: Preparations are underway in Kashmir to celebrate Pakistan Day on March 23 with full zeal and renewed enthusiasm, as Kashmiris pledge to break free from Indian oppression.
Both sides of the Line of Control (LOC), including Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu Kashmir (IIOJK), are gearing up for the occasion.
The AJK government spokesperson expressed determination to continue the struggle for the freedom of IIOJK from Indian occupation and achieve accession to Pakistan.
Ceremonies in Kashmir
In Mirpur, a major flag-hoisting ceremony will be organized at the Mirpur Municipal Corporation (MMC), with dignitaries including local Ministers, City Mayor, and Mirpur Division Commissioner attending.
A well-uniformed contingent of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Police will salute the national flag, reaffirming Kashmiris’ deep-rooted affiliation with Pakistan.
