ISLAMABAD: In collaboration with the Department of Islamic Art and Architecture, the YFK-International Kashmir Lobby Group on Tuesday organized a painting exhibition titled “Kashmir Conflict Through Art” in Islamabad. The exhibition aimed to raise awareness about the Kashmir issue and highlight the human rights violations perpetrated by India in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) region.

The event showcased approximately 200 photographs that were submitted from various parts of the country. The exhibition served as a platform to expose the ongoing human rights abuses in IIOJK and emphasize the urgent need for international attention and intervention.

Youth Forum for Kashmir (YFK), the organizer of the event, is dedicated to amplifying global awareness of the Kashmir cause and bringing to light the human rights violations committed by India in the region. The painting exhibition engaged diplomats, academicians, senators, and politicians, providing them with an opportunity to shed light on the sufferings of the Kashmiri people.

The exhibition not only provided a visual insight into the dire situation in IIOJK but also facilitated meaningful discussions among attendees about the potential paths towards a resolution.
