ISLAMABAD: Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has met with Chief Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman and discussed the country’s current political situation.
According to APP, during the meeting, the two sides also exchanged views on the proposed 26th Constitutional Amendment. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was also accompanied by senior PPP leaders including Murtaza Wahab, Syed Naveed Qamar, and Jameel Soomro.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman was also joined by Maulana Lutfur Rehman, Maulana Asad Mahmood and Kamran Murtaza.

Earlier, the Chairman, of the Special Parliamentary Committee, Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah on Friday confirmed that the committee has approved the draft of the proposed 26th Constitutional Amendment unanimously.
The Parliamentary Special Committee convened under the chair of Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah to discuss the proposed constitutional amendment draft.
According to media reports, the Senate and National Assembly will also resume their sessions at the parliament house in Islamabad today.
