LONDON: Renowned Latin pop star Jennifer Lopez has sold her Bel Air mansion for a staggering $34 million, making a significant change in her living arrangements after her recent marriage to Hollywood actor-producer Ben Affleck.
The luxury property was on the market for a little over a year before finding a new owner, following a decision to lower the asking price from $42.5 million to facilitate the sale.
JLo, who had owned the mansion independently, purchased the eight-acre property with lavish amenities, including a chic library, a sitting room, a private theater, and a guest house that can function as a gym or studio, for $28 million in 2016. Despite the reduced selling price, Lopez still made a substantial profit from her initial investment.
