GAZA CITY: Health officials in Gaza reported that Israeli airstrikes overnight killed at least 60 people in the besieged Palestinian territory. Israeli forces stated that they struck dozens of rocket launchers in central Gaza and carried out air strikes on Khan Younis, Gaza’s major southern city. The Gaza health ministry confirmed the toll, reporting “more than 60 martyrs” with dozens more wounded.
