Israeli Forces Kill Two Palestinians in Occupied West Bank

ISLAMABAD: Israeli forces killed at least two Palestinians, including a teenager, and wounded eight others near the city of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank, local media reported early Monday.

Mohammad Samer Hoshiyeh, 22, and Fouad Mohammad Abed, 25, were shot dead by Israeli troops as they raided a village early Monday in Kufr Dan, northwest of Jenin, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said. One of those injured was in a critical state, the ministry added.

Israeli troops raided the village to demolish the home of a late Palestinian resident, Abdurrahman Hani Abid, reported Wafa, adding that clashes broke out between Israeli troops and young people during the operation.

The troops also arrested Abdurrahman’s brother Mahir Abid, added the report.

The Fatah movement said that a funeral ceremony would be held on Tuesday in front of the Jenin State Hospital for the two deceased.
